Complaint Channel

You can make a complaint or inform on anyone who breaks the law or does not follow the Burapha policy in matters such as Good Corporate Governance, Corruption, and Code of Conduct.

The complainant should provide enough detail and evidence such that an investigation can be carried out.

All complaints will be kept strictly confidential and handled sensitively, telling only those who need to know and following any relevant data protection requirements.

This policy does not cover complaints from outside Burapa staff and management, who should contact supplier or service provider directly.
Thus, this channel does not consider any complaints about the quality of goods or services.
